Presented by Ajman Free Zone, in association with The Economic Times, Indo Global Leaders 2026 brought together entrepreneurs, investors and business leaders from India and across the world for a day of conversations that went well beyond the usual conference format. The discussions centred on India’s expanding role in global trade, the capital and technology fuelling that growth, and what it genuinely takes to build with a global outlook rather than a domestic one.
As a company rooted in India but building with international design partnerships, this conversation sits close to how we think at Dalcore. Growth, in our view, is never just a market opportunity to capture,it’s a standard to build toward.
Recognising Visionary Leadership
The day held a particularly meaningful moment for our team: our Managing Director, Sidharth Chowdhry, was honoured with the “Visionary Leadership in Branded Residential Development” award—a recognition of the standards we’ve set in luxury branded residences in India, and a proud moment for our entire team. He was joined at the event by our Director, Harshvardhan Yadav.
The Chief Guest at the event, Mr. Musabeh Al Musafri, Director of Customer Experience and Service Delivery at Ajman Free Zone, presented the award, with Mr. Zubair Ul Islam, Director of Sales, Ajman Free Zone, also part of the proceedings. It was a privilege to connect with both of them, as well as with several other leaders shaping conversations across borders through the day.
A Shared Table of Industry Voices
Indo Global Leaders 2026 was also an opportunity to engage with partners who think about real estate the way we do: with rigour and a long-term view. We were glad to have Amit Kapoor, Senior Director, and Tishay Nayak, Senior Associate Director, both from Cushman & Wakefield’s Residential Services team, join us for the event. Our team was represented on ground throughout, with Nandita, our Marketing Manager, supporting the day’s proceedings.
