The Falcon features branded design collaboration with YOO Inspired by Starck, marking one of the first designer-branded residential concepts of its kind in North India. YOO, co-founded by Philippe Starck and John Hitchcox in 1999, pioneered the lifestyle-led branded real estate movement globally.
The design philosophy integrates international aesthetics with functional living, ensuring continuity between architecture and interiors.
The principal architect is UHA London (Upton Hansen Architects), with Jonas leading the architectural vision. The domestic architect is DFI (Design Forum International) under the supervision of Mr. Anuj Tewatia.

The Falcon is a tall, slender iconic tower defined by strong verticality and a contemporary, tech-inspired design language. Clean lines and gentle curves shape its architectural character.

The design reflects careful detailing across the façade, interiors, and landscaping.
Mr. Sidharth Chowdhry is the Managing Director of Dalcore and brings over five decades of experience in real estate and construction across India, Iraq, and the Middle East.
His extensive global exposure across multiple international markets has enabled him to integrate international construction standards, technical precision, and execution discipline into Dalcore’s development philosophy.
