The TIMES Reality & Infrastructure Conclave 2026, presented by Aurum Analytica, an initiative by The Times of India, brought together developers, architects and industry leaders from across the country for a conversation on where Indian real estate, and luxury itself, is headed. The evening closed with three distinctions for Dalcore, an individual honour for one of our directors, and a Fireside Chat that put our design philosophy on record.
A Platform for India’s Real Estate Future
The conclave examined the forces shaping India’s built environment — from infrastructure policy to the changing definition of premium living. It was within this setting that Dalcore’s evening unfolded, through recognition and through conversation.
Recognition That Reflects Our Philosophy

We were honoured with:
- Architectural Design Project of the Year
- Excellence in Upcoming Project of the Year (Under Construction)
- Excellence in Lifetime Achiever, conferred on our Managing Director, Sidharth Chowdhry
These are not accolades we chase. They are the outcome of a discipline we have never compromised on — building with intent, and designing for permanence rather than trend. Each recognition marks a different part of how we operate: the design ambition behind completed work, the discipline behind what is still under construction, and the leadership that has set the standard across both.
Redefining Luxury: A Fireside Chat

The evening’s centrepiece was a Fireside Chat titled “Redefining Luxury,” where Sidharth Chowdhry put forward a view that has shaped our work at Dalcore from the start.
“True luxury is never loud,” he said. “It is considered. It lives in proportion, in restraint, in the quiet confidence of a space that doesn’t need to announce itself.”
He carried this further into a panel discussion alongside other industry leaders, where the conversation turned to what luxury real estate actually owes the people who live in it. The answer was not scale or spectacle, but permanence — spaces built to hold their value long after the market moves on.
A Distinction of Its Own
One of our own was recognised individually at the conclave. Harsh Vardhan Yadav, Director at Dalcore, received a certificate for his leadership and contribution to marketing in the real estate sector.
Conclusion
The TIMES Reality & Infrastructure Conclave 2026 gave voice to a belief Dalcore has held since its founding — that true luxury lies in restraint, not spectacle, and in permanence, not trend. That belief already stands in built form at The Falcon, our flagship development in Sector 53, Gurugram, where every design decision, from a limited 96 residences to a partnership with UHA London and YOO, was made in service of the same discipline Sidharth Chowdhry spoke of that evening.
The three distinctions Dalcore received, alongside the individual honour earned by Harsh Vardhan Yadav, sit at different levels of the organisation but come from the same source: a design philosophy set at the top, and the discipline to carry it through in the work that reaches the market every day — The Falcon among the clearest examples of it.
At the TIMES Reality & Infrastructure Conclave 2026, Dalcore had the opportunity to state that philosophy directly — and to be recognised, individually and collectively, for holding to it.
